We plan on starting this role on February 10th 2025, with training to be hosted in our Jessup, MD showroom.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Must be 21 years of age.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.Minimum of one year selling experience.1-2 years of customer service experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills; computer skills.Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs.
Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level.
Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces.
Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $200,000-$250,000/annually, and top performers in the Capital Region earned over $400,000 in 2023!

We offer 10 weeks of PAID TRAINING to ensure your success ($25/hour, 40 hours/week for 10 weeks)!

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
