Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers)Accompanying clients to appointments and errandsAssist with activities and socializationDeveloping and promoting a safe environment for quality client care.Ensure clients’ rights are adhered to and adhere to HIPPAAssisting with passive mobility work and documenting observed changes to the director of nursing

Requirements include:

1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aideValid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceValid CPR certificateNegative drug screen and background screeningThe ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
