Job Description & Summary: A career with PwC in Zoho Manage Engine practice for managing and leading projects on ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in working with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus (SDPExpertise in implementation of ManageEngine Service Desk Plus (SDP)Responsible for cloud deployment, programming workflows, enhancements including third party integration on SDP toolCreating & maintaining design specifications, architectural diagram & process diagram of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus toolCandidate should have good understanding of ITIL processes to effectively integrate them with ManageEngine solutionsCandidate should be able to configure policies and profiles for accessing enterprise resources and remotely control devices without installing additional agentsCandidate should have experience in managing Service Requests, Incident handling, change management etc.Should have experience to integrate ManageEngine’s On-Premises and Cloud-based solutions,Should have experience to build custom applications on AppCreator and launch them On-PremisesKnowledge on ManageEngine AI Designing and Advanced IT analytics for configuring reports and dashboardsExcel knowledge & understanding of integrations with ManageEngine SDP CDMB, ZOHO products and supporting technologiesGood Insights on Agile Methodologies, Critical thinking, and ability to provide best market solutions to the clientsDeluge Scripting is must & Zoho Certification will be an added advantageResponsible for gathering business requirements, consulting, and suggesting solutions proactivelyClient facing roles preferableMandatory skill sets:
Hands on experience of implementation, customization and integration for Zoho Manage Engine modules such as:
