At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field * 3 - 5 years of software development experience * 3+ year experience in designing, building, deploying, and/or maintaining software/ML solutions * 3+ year experience in building web and mobile applications and/or integrating RESTful APIs * 3+ year industry experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Results-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple teams **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge in building machine learning workflows necessary to productize AI platforms, self-service AI solutions, or AI models and sustain them in production * Knowledge about z/OS and development and testing on z/OS environment * Knowledge about Transaction Managers and Database Management * Understanding of source control management tools (GitHub) and Agile Life Cycle Managemen
