This role is integral for ensuring clients successfully adopt and implement Trimble MEP's estimating products, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and retention through effective onboarding and training.

Role Overview:

Position: Implementation Specialist - Estimating

Reporting To: Senior Manager, Consulting Services

Focus: Trimble MEP product expertise, client software onboarding, implementation, and success

Remote or hybrid if near a Trimble office

Measure of Success:

Enhance product adoption and retention from post-sale onwards.

Encourage client implementation of MEP’s estimating products to boost time-to-value, reduce churn, and enhance retention.

Cultivate dynamic collaborations across sales, systems engineering, product development, and other teams to boost customer satisfaction through technology.

Exhibit well-organized, self-directed team player traits, openness to new ideas, and strong relationship-building skills with clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end client projects, including installation and account setup.

Drive clients towards adopting MEP estimating products.

Maintain and establish dynamic partnerships across various teams.

Organize and prioritize work efficiently, achieving performance metrics.

Conduct weekly standups with the project implementation team.

Utilize in-app guidance and support to highlight product benefits.

Educate users on core processes and features alongside instructor-led training.

Leverage templates for implementation planning and schedule meetings via Calendly.

Handle client questions and concerns professionally.

Document and escalate bugs and enhancement requests.

Create and approve Knowledge Base articles and manage client communications and project status in CRM tools like Salesforce.

Collect user feedback through surveys, polls, interviews, and analyze product adoption metrics.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in MEP estimating platforms.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives.

Preferred strong project management skills.

Minimum of a 2-year college or technical institute diploma in construction, MEP trade, or engineering fields.

Preferred bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

About Your Location

Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
