Job Description Insight Global has a client in Bartow, Florida looking for an Implementation Manager to work an Outage at the power plant. As an Implementation Manager, your day starts with a pre-shift briefing to emphasize safety and review the days schedule. You then conduct inspections to ensure contractor activities align with safety and project plans. Midday involves participating in project planning meetings, reviewing execution plans, and confirming permits. You act as the primary site contact for contractors, resolving schedule conflicts and reviewing safety analyses. Throughout the afternoon, you monitor compliance with safety standards, provide safety orientations, and document any issues. The day ends with briefings to review progress and plan for the next day.
