Credentials and Experience:
Essential:
Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&B Point-of-Sale software products. Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field Knowledge of manual Food & Beverage procedures. Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c, 19c Database Server is preferred. Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC’s and troubleshooting techniques. Good knowledge of Hardware - Workstations, Printers and any peripherals.Professional Skills:
