\n\n-Position:Implant Specialist - Loaners
\n-Shift: 2nd Shift = Monday –; Friday 3pm-11pm
\n-Pay:$23.00 + $1 shift differential + $1.50 surge pay
\n\nIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the followingskills:Supply Chain,Problem solving, Attention to detail, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, ProductCompliance,Material or ProductInspection, Ability to work in faced paced environment, Computer literacy and familiarity with data entry.
\n\nAminimum of one (1) years’ experience in the following:
\n-Ensure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound departments and ensuring allproduct isfree of damageor defect.
\n-Auditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy
\n-Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, andshippingaddress of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.
\n-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
\n-Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

\nThis role serves to receive returned surgical kits, dekit, put away implants, cycle count implants, pick orders, build surgical implant kits and ship.
\nKey Accountabilities:
\n\nReceives customer returned surgical implant kits by unit\nDe-kits and separates units for quality inspection and reconciliation of units used\nUtilizes RF units for directed work to travel to location for restock\nStocks/restocks units in the inventory bins.\nScans orders into RF units to determine travel sequence for picking\nPicks units for kit assembly by scanning to outbound container\nUtilizes RF units and computer equipment to navigate through the picking and kitting process.\nInspects product for quality of packaging/product that meets quality standards of the FDA and customer\nReconciles quality issues concerning packaging or damage to product\nAssembles pieces at workstation to complete surgical implant kits.\nMeets daily build deadlines and productivity measures.\nPerforms inventory cycle counts.\nShips assembled kits utilizing designated systems.\nCompletes documentation accurately and legibly per customer requirements to place in containers for return shipments.\n\nRequired Education and Experience:
