Scope of work
Following the concluded digital skill training of 18,800 Youths across the BAY states in Y2 and Soft skills for 12,225 Youths in Y3, the OTL activity will be conducting an Impact Assessment Survey to further determine the learning journey of these Youths and the socio-economic impact of this training.

This survey is to determine the below but not limited to ;
+ How this training play a pivotal role in improving the economic relevance of these trained youths?
+ How many youths are currently engaged in economic activities that generate income?
+ How many Youths are now in employable service?
+ How many Youths are now Entrepreneurs?
+ How have you applied these digital skills in your personal or professional life?
+ How has the training influenced your leadership or management abilities?
+ Have you become more involved in your community or civic activities?
+ Have you been able to achieve personal or professional goals more effectively since the training?
+ Have you noticed any positive changes in your behaviour or attitudes as a result of the training?
Deliverables:
+ A comprehensive strategy document detailing the methodology and approach to conducting a robust and insightful impact assessment. The document will outline:
+ A methodology incorporating Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather both qualitative and quantitative data.
+ A practical, data-driven approach to address the nuances of the training outcomes and provide actionable insights and roadmap.

Qualifications
+ Minimum of B.SC/HND
+ Similar experience of past 2 Projects, especially in MEAL.
+ Familiar with donor-funded projects and reporting methodologies
+ Strong and active presence in the Northeastern (Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe) BAY States parts of Nigeria.
