I **maging Tech - Computed Tomographic Scanner** **Northridge Hospital Medical Center** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Imaging Tech II /CT Scanner t to join our dynamic medical imaging team. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical interpretation. Join our team and make a difference in patient care through your expertise in computed tomography. **Responsibilities** + Perform CT scans on patients according to physician orders. + Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and respond promptly. + Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to obtain relevant clinical information for accurate image interpretation. + Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. + Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. + Document and record patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system **Qualifications** + A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital and radiology department is required. + Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA-approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA-approved school. + Cross-training in CT MRI Nuclear Medicine and Mammography is required. + License is required as issued by ARRT (national) CRT (state) and Fluoroscopy certification. + Certification in one modality is required. + Fire Safety card.
