The Imaging Student - Echo Technologist provides diagnostic tests within scope of role, for patients under physician and/or registered technicians supervisor.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Skills in operating ultrasound equipment Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with patients and medical staff Ability to adapt easily and appropriately apply guidelines and procedures Demonstrate teamwork and strong communication skill Currently enrolled in/or graduate of Echo Technologist or Cardiac Sonographer Program (required) and be within 18 months of graduation Once graduated, must secure RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) credentialed in ECHO and EVT or RCS credentialed in vascular sonography within 18 months of job entry
