Imaging Sales Leader, East
The Imaging Sales Leader – East will be responsible for the P&L for Diagnostic Imaging North America and delivering the AOP and Strategic Plan for Diagnostic Imaging NAM.
Your role:
Building a high performing team of Imaging Sales leaders with a winning mindset/culture among the entire Diagnostic Imaging Sales organizationBuilding strong customer relationships, particularly with Key Opinion Leaders in Radiology and Key Decision Makers at Leading CustomersDriving strong enforcement and execution of the Strategic plan for Diagnostic ImagingLeading the key transformations required for Diagnostic Imaging including Sales Excellence and Customer Experience Transformation (in partnership with our service teams)Delivering above market results, and in particular, strong growth in market share, improvement in Integral Gross Margin/Integral Sales Margin, growth in Net Promoter Score and Employee Engagement SurveyYou're the right fit if:
Education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree in healthcare related field or business a plus.Strong business and financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and outstanding people management/development skillsProven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of coaching and developing other leaders to achieve high performance and drive business growth.10+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging for multiple modalities including any of the following: sales, marketing, product management, clinical applications & utilization of diagnostic imaging devicesSolid understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging market in North AmericaTravel: Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and to quarterly meetings is requiredYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.How we work together

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $325,000 to $400,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
