If so, let's start the conversation. **Are you ready to help us move mountains?** The Imaging Operations Supervisor for Iron Mountain’s Digital Solutions team is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the Imaging Center, where physical documents are transformed into digital assets, and data is extracted from digital content to enhance customer business processes. This role plays a pivotal part in guiding clients through their digital transformation journey. **What We Offer** + Work location: 8200 Preston Court, Jessup, MD + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:15pm-12:00am + FULL BENEFITS – 1st Day of Employment + Competitive Pay with Annual Merit Increases + 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Program + Tuition Reimbursement + Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - no cost to applicant and we guide you through the process **Key Responsibilities** + Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects. + Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders. + Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees. + Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand. + Ability to assist in the invoicing process. **Requirements** + 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment for a team of 15-30 employees in a similar field + Strong team training and leadership skills + Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. + Ability to assist in the invoicing process. + Strong project management experience in a high volume production environment. + This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication. + Kofax knowledge is a plus + Prior Federal document imaging is a plus + Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
