This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and resolving disputes.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct thorough cost analysis, identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization, and implement strategies to achieve cost savings targets (quantify past achievements where possible).Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to the project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze market trends and forecast future demand for machinery and tool installation services to proactively manage supply and mitigate potential risks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and priorities.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on procurement performance to management.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of machinery and tool installation.
