You are a Digital Coordinator and have a passion for Building Information Modeling and data integration in the civil construction industry. You will have experience developing 3D models, creating drawings and completing take-offs and have an interest in construction design. As a coordinator with our Integrated Digital Services you will collaborate with project and office staff to develop, maintain, and leverage BIM for civil projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist in developing 3D civil models (Road, Bridge, Earthworks, Utilities, etc.) from 2D drawings and technical specificationsProduce drawings based on BIM model Support quantity take-offs to aid estimating Support model-related project coordination Support conducting clash detections Support coordinating 3D laser scans/point cloud models 

Qualifications:

Some familiarity in Autodesk Civil 3D. Exposure to Trimble Business Center, Revit parametric modeling, and Navisworks is a plus Educational background in civil or structural engineering, survey, geomatics, with BIM technology/animation as a plus Interest or basic experience in civil construction design Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a team environment, self-motivated, and eager to learn and take on new challenges 

Compensation

$50,800 to $69,850 annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
