Identity & Access Management Lead

Primary Function

This position will partner with Newrez business contacts to evaluate access required to perform job duties.  This position creates roles to support standardizing access across core roles and lines of business.  Responsible to plan, implement, support, and maintain access management automation to continually improve efficiency and audit controls. 

Principal Duties

Effectively work with IT teams, Business contacts, and other third-party vendorsMaintain standards, procedures and methodologies for effective operation, access, and control of all employee and contractor access to Newrez systems.Provide support for issues related to IDM and IDM integration.Coordinate and communicate IDM security requirements with Information Security team.Develop, maintain, and monitor documentation relating to IDM projects.Conduct and review tests of IDM systems to verify performance and quality standards.Assist in ensuring the integrity of IDM implementations and maintain related documentation.Assist in troubleshooting application authentication/authorization problems.Prepare time estimates for assigned projects.Assist in disaster recovery testing and execution as needed.Liaise with IT to evaluate and apply security patches as required for IDM.Be data-driven and able to troubleshoot complex issues thoroughly to resolution.Innovate SSO value-added solutions to enhance the standard end-user experience.All other duties as assigned.Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines.Attendance as required by department.Participate in on-call rotational schedule as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements  

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or closely related field of study or equivalent experience6+ years of progressive related experience.3+ experience administering IDM/IAM software.Experience with agent-based, web-based, and federated authentication and authorization standardsThorough knowledge of LDAP and SAML standardsKnowledge of Identity/ access management technologiesWork onsite at the assigned Fort Washington work location.
