We care about our employees well-being and offer benefits that complement work/life balance. **Responsibilities** + Apply cultural sensitivity to all patients, caregivers, and teams + Develop and implement a nursing care plan for ICU patients + Collaborate with other professionals to ensure rooms are prepped with necessary equipment and supplies + Demonstrate kindness and compassion We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. **Qualifications** + Associates Degree In Nursing + Six (6) months Of Experience in Operating Room or experience ICU nurses who want to train in the PACU preferred + Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State of North Dakota + Basic Life Support (BLS) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire + Must be able to participate in a rotating call schedule with the ability to report to work within 30 minutes of call. **Pay Range** $33.60 - $48.73 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
