Requirements:
Nursing diploma or degree and registered with SANC license. Post-basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing (essential). Proven experience in one or more of the following ICU specialties: Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, or Cardiac ICU. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical ICU experience. Private hospital and Shift leader experience would be advantage  Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Team player Ability to function well in a pressurized environment
