ICAT Marketing Intern - Summer 2025

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at ICAT. This role will be based in Broomfield, CO. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate can seamlessly balance multiple, and often evolving priorities, and can collaborate effectively with the marketing team from strategy to implementation to analysis. 

The successful candidate will be an innovative self-starter with experience in content creation, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, communications and go-to-market planning. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience through education, is powered by both creativity and KPIs and has a keen awareness of audience needs. 

Throughout the 10 weeks, interns will have an opportunity to collaborate with interns at other Victor subsidiaries. ICAT Interns will participate in formal training, structured projects and social and volunteer events, which demonstrate our commitment to colleagues, clients and communities.

We will count on you to:

Assist with producing compelling copy and creative for email and advertising campaigns, social media posts and other marketing collateral 

Assist with creation of webinar slide decks (PowerPoint) 

Support ongoing website management; updating content, imagery and suggesting ideas for improved user experience 

Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions 

Carry out competitor research, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their websites, products and services 

Assist with data analysis and reviewing campaign effectiveness 

Present new and innovative ideas to ensure the organization’s marketing strategies are fresh and exciting 

What you need to have:

Current Juniors with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026

Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date

Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration preferred, but all majors accepted

Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

What makes you stand out?

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred 

Experience with a content management system such as WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Commerce or equivalent preferred

Experience with a marketing automation tool such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent

Ability to write articles and promotional materials that conform to prescribed style and format

What’s next?

Candidates will be required to submit their one-page resume in a PDF format along with work samples such as website, writing sample, social posts, portfolio, any other relevant equivalent. 

We will review application submissions on a rolling basis. You will be contacted only if you are selected for a first-round interview. The first-round interview will consist of an on-demand digital video interview through the HireVue platform.

Note that while ICAT will cover travel to/from Broomfield, CO at the beginning and end of the internship, housing will be at the candidate’s own expense.
