Main Responsibilities
+ Understand the media landscape and co-lead in buildin g media strategy , as the demand creation driver for Ice Cream brands’ awareness & consideration
+ Lead media campaign planning including campaign layering and budget setting, e nsur ing media investment is impactful, effective & efficient
+ Ensure implementation of social-first agenda in possible campaigns & media platforms
+ Drive performance measurement & learnings collaborating with brand team, DMC community and media agency for campaign optimization
+ Collaborate with research & media agencies to deliver regular update on market movement and competitive intelligence
+ Managing communication and relationship with key stakeholders such as media agency, internal cross function, collaborating media partners and figures ( e.g. influencers)

+ Good level of strategic media planning including understanding media consumption habit, audience analysis and campaign planning
+ Good level of analytical thinking

+ Strategic i nfluencing with cross functional teams & partners
+ Good business acumen with understanding on P&L

RELEVEANT EXPERIENCE:
+ 3-4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing (4-5 years overall).
+ Hunger to learn & succeed
