Role Overview: As the CHC Portugal IBP Manager, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey, driving the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align our business with strategic growth plans. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective decision-making and delivering our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Monthly IBP Process: Coordinate country consolidation of plans and numbers over a 24–36-month horizon. Operational Action Planning: Improve performance in launch management, forecasting, and inventory management. Forecasting Improvement: Continuously enhance forecasting processes and systems for better accuracy. Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and measure impacts from various functions, proposing mitigation plans. Lead Portugal MBR: Prepare data and metrics for review, guiding decision-making on open items and trade-offs. Stock Optimization: Manage stock allocation effectively, applying priorities and business rules during shortages. Portfolio Management: Execute country portfolio management related to new launches, switches, and prunings.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a related field. Experience: 5 years in a Planning role, preferably in FMCH or FMCG. Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and best practices. Analytical Skills: Strong data analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across levels and functions. Execution Excellence: Results-driven team player with a customer-focused mindset. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of planning tools like Kinaxis, Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Power BI.
