Iberia High Voltage Installation Project Manager

We are seeking a High Voltage Installation Project Manager to join our team in Vilanova!

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing key projects involving high voltage (HV) insulated cable installations and accessories, ensuring that all projects meet pre-established terms and costs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the execution of HV insulated cable installation projects and accessories.

Lead and supervise the assembly team.

Manage all projects or repairs/works assigned by the HV Systems Installations Manager until their completion.

Monitor and control projects to ensure they meet delivery terms and assigned budgets.

Prepare and manage various reports necessary for installations, tests, and incidents.

Develop and update a digital work plan.

Coordinate the installation safety plan with the client's safety technicians and the high voltage department.

Oversee the execution of other department services, including fault repair, maintenance, diagnosis of HV systems, and field testing.

Interact with clients to evaluate their perception of our services, identify opportunities, and secure potential new contracts.

Detect deviations from the agreed work and commercial conditions, and ensure their evaluation and budget acceptance by the client before execution.
 

Who are we looking for?

Engineering degree

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Previous experience in similar roles - project management (minimum 1 year)

Availability to travel 25% of time

Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE (Excel and Microsoft Project)
