Currently we are looking for IAM / PAM / IGA Engineer to join our Cybersecurity Team in EY Poland.
The role will focus on the technical delivery of cyber security engagements in the field of Identity and Access Management, including IAM transformation, service delivery, business development, and related activities.
Your scope of duties:
Current state assessments of IAM processes and technologies Analysis of the IT environment in terms of application access, Design and implementation of IAM Solution aligned with Client business needs: Tool design and architecture Process design and re-engineering Cloud and mobile apps access management Access enforcement implementation Access administration implementation Elevated access management implementation Role Based Access Control and Segregation of duties implementation System integration with business tools and authentication providers Support for solution transition from a project to day-to-day operations Development of professional documents in the form of reports, analysis results and technical documentation
Our requirements:
1+ years of practical experience in IT Experience in one or more of the following: user provisioning and identity management solutions including design or implementation and maintenance of an IGA solution (e.g. SailPoint Suite, OneIdentity, Saviynt), PAM solution (e.g. CyberARK, FUDO, Walllix Bastion) or CIAM (e.g. Ping Identity, ForgeRock) role-based access control including design and development of user access roles; Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment in the field of Active Directory (Azure AD and Windows Server 2012+) An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI fluency in English

Having industry certifications in the field of authentication systems, e.g. MS100 (Microsoft 365 Identity and Services) Certification by the industry or leading PROVIDERS of IT/Security solutions (Microsoft AZ-500, CyberARK) Knowledge of concepts and solutions around the security of OT or IoT environments Knowledge of systems for protection against malicious code or data leakage, Knowledge of IT security management processes. Strong presentation and communication skills ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired
