IAM Engineer
Key Responsibilities + CyberArk Privilege Cloud Administration: Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of CyberArk solutions, including the Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault, and Privileged Session Manager (PSM). + Account Management: Administer privileged accounts and credentials including creation, modification, and removal. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and procedures. + Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce policies and procedures for privileged access management to align with best practices and regulatory requirements. + Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor CyberArk environments for security incidents, compliance violations, and operational issues. Generate and review reports on privileged access activities and provide insights for improvement. + Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents related to privileged accounts. Work with the Incident Response Team to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. + System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CyberArk solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. + Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for CyberArk configurations, processes, and procedures. + Training and Support: Provide training and support to other IT staff and end-users on best practices for privileged access management. + Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and CyberArk product updates. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements. Required Qualifications + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. + Experience: 3+ years of experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions or similar PAM tools. + Certifications: CyberArk Defender certification preferred. Other relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus. + Technical Skills: + In-depth knowledge of CyberArk solutions and components. + Experience with privileged access management, identity management, identity governance (SailPoint) and security controls. + Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks. + Understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption. Desired Skills + Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
