Job Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a service account inventory reporting solution with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ. Query and extract data from Active Directory and SailPoint to analyze service account attributes, entitlements, and ownership. Develop, modify, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Active Directory, SailPoint, and system-related tasks. Analyze and generate reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SailPoint reporting tools. Perform data transformation and automation using Power Automate, Python, and advanced Excel functions. Execute data collection, monitoring, and reporting for improved identity governance and compliance. Collaborate with global teams, account owners, and security teams to review findings and ensure compliance with IAM policies. Provide support and coordinate with technical resources, IAM teams, and project managers to enhance identity lifecycle management. Develop playbooks, process documentation, and automation frameworks for IAM self-service and team enablement.
