We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Development Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IaaS projects that support DoD operations. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of DoD requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IaaS development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, standards, and security requirements.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and DoD representatives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IaaS development.
Proven experience working with DoD projects and a strong understanding of DoD regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
