Select positions are eligible for student loan refinancing, rate discounts and loan advice for personal or co-signed loans such as for their dependents.For most regular full and part-time clinical employees, North Okaloosa Medical Center will directly pay a portion of loan premiums as long as the employee remains current with payments, offsetting student loan balances up to $20,000 per employee.Any licensure or certification renewals required for full-time clinical employees are fully reimbursed, unless already provided at no charge, by the hospital. We also offer a $5,000 education assistance benefit that can be used for education related to the employee's present work assignment, be a requirement for a relevant degree or for a regular position within our facility.

Position Purpose:

The Hyperbaric Safety/Dive Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance in the program’s safety on behalf of the patients, company and hospital; therefore shall exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to the health and safety policy and procedures of the program. The Hyperbaric Safety/Dive Officer will work closely with the Director, Office Manager, and Physician(s) in the coordination of patient care and make recommendations in procedures for the operations and maintenance of the hyperbaric program. The Hyperbaric Safety/Dive Officer will resume responsibility for patient while patient is undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
