Job DescriptionPCI is seeking an experienced Hydro Excavation Sales Representative for its Houston operations based in Pasadena, Texas. This individual will be responsible for generating business leads, ensuring projects are estimated timely, and closing on profitable deals. Other responsibilities include:
Responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales growth for our hydro-excavation servicesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationshipsConduct regular meetings and communications with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional servicesDevelop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our market presence in hydro excavation servicesIdentify and pursue sales opportunities within all market sectorsPrepare and present proposals, bids, and quotes for hydro vac projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and PCI capabilitiesProject Coordination and ManagementCollaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technicians, and operations staff, to coordinate hydro vac projects from initiation to completionEnsure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and PCI requirements.Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues or deviations as they ariseMaintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project-related documentationProvide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and client satisfaction Requirements
Basic Requirements:
At least 5 years professional work experience with planning and estimating hydro excavation projects.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or another industry-related field preferred.
