\r\n\r\nDevelop and execute a sales plan, targeting independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and corporate pharmacies.\r\nConduct regular visits to these pharmacies to present and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products.\r\nWork towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets and goals.\r\nManage product orders and inventory levels within the pharmacies to ensure continuous supply.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Relationship Building & Management
\r\n\r\nEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers.\r\nRegularly update pharmacies on product information, changes, and developments.\r\nHandle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.\r\n\r\n\r\n
Market Intelligence
\r\n\r\nMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new launches, marketing strategies, and merchandising techniques.\r\nIdentify and analyze market trends and changes in business practices.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Reporting and Administrative Tasks

Strategic Planning

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
\r\n\r\n\r\nA bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, pharmacy, or any related fields.\r\nDemonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales; experience across various pharmacy settings is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for individuals without prior experience.\r\nSolid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.\r\n\r\n
