ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

•    Answer customer phone calls using established call format and scripts

•    Follow-up with customers on any unresolved issues ie: backorders, part number inquiries, order issues

•    Follow up with customers regarding issues on expedited orders

•    Enter orders received via non-live vehicles (fax, e-mail)

•    Assist customers in navigating to and using website

•    Provide feedback to leadership regarding the types of calls and inquiries being received

•    Communicate pertinent information to other departments/teams

•    Understand and embrace company mission and vision in work processes

•    Perform work at or above pre-established performance objectives

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

•    Outstanding listening, comprehension and communication skills

•    Detail oriented

•    Excellent organization and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task

•    Demonstrated customer-focus orientation

•    Excellent 10-key and keyboarding skills

•    Working knowledge of internet search techniques

•    Strong problem-solving skills

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

•    Requires strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

•    Knowledge and experience in navigating on the internet

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

•    High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

•    3+ years of customer care experience in a call center environment

•    Some business or technical college preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$21/hour -$24/hour
