CHI Health would love to add a Clinic RN (Nurse) to our GI Clinic located at our CUMC-Bergan campus off of 77th & Mercy! 

**This position WILL be hybrid - MUST living within driving distance to the campus. You will work in the clinic 2-3 days a week then work from home 2-3 days a week! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, No weekends, No holidays & No call!

Expectations:

Perform telephone triage for patients calling their provider with certain symptomatology.Demonstrates the ability to use the nursing process to collect data.  Requires interview/communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills to level of licensure.Ability to work within protocols approved by CHI Health to provide information to patients and consumers.Accepts inbound calls from patients, pharmacies and other healthcare entities.Performs outbound calls to notify patients of reviewed lab and imaging results according to protocols that require review of the patient chart to answer questions.Ability to follow medication refill protocols and act accordingly to those protocols.Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
