Williams Lea is hiring for an Administrative Associate for our Columbus, OH office to work Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm!

Pay: $19.00/hour

The Administrative Associate is a member of the Williams Lea team delivering exceptional administrative support and customer service to our legal client locations.

Essential Functions:

Monitors multiple email inboxes to complete daily tasksInputs time entry requests (make edits/adjustments, request approval, release)Prepares expense reports and payment funds requestsPrepares and submits invoice requestsPerforms data entryMaintains and inputs information on various data storage sitesPrepares and circulates multiple daily reminder emails and reportsNavigates and utilizes multiple add-ins within OutlookWorks under time constraints to meet deadlinesReviews own work product for accuracyProduces accurate and high-quality workCommunicates effectively and respectfully with co-workers and client requestorsUses job tracking software to log in and out of all tasks for internal tracking purposesOther duties as requested by the client and management

Qualifications:

Specific Technical Skills:

Must be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel & Adobe

Education/Training/Certifications:  

Associate degree, preferred

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

One to Three years of similar work experience in a professional services firm.
