They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist journeyman and master HVAC personnel in installation, repair, and service of equipment + Fabricate, assemble, and install duct work and chassis parts + Cut, bend, fit, thread and join piping and tubing + Daily checks of equipment on-site + Install air and water filters + Connect, adjust, and troubleshoot temperature control systems + Lubricate fans, motors, and control units + Must be able to follow blueprints or engineering specifications + Perform general facilities maintenance tasks including snow removal when asked, cleaning and other tasks as assigned **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Education - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + Experience - 3 or more years of relevant commercial HVAC job experience + Posses EPA Certification/CFC Licenses **Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to read blueprints, interpret product specifications and drawings + Self-starting individual who has the ability to plan work activities and identify safety hazards + Basic computer skills are required + Able to work in hot/cold environments during all seasons and loud equipment rooms + Able to receive and understand verbal directions proficiently + Able to operate forklift and manlift + Able to work off ladders + Climb and crawl into tight and difficult spaces and be able to lift 50lbs or more **Work Hours:** + Day Shifts - 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, or Mon-Fri based on business needs **Work Attire:** + Business Casual **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
