This intermediate position provides and maintains the physical accommodations for the Church. The expectation is to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, and construction for these facilities, to portray an image of dignity, integrity, and respectability with a justifiable standard of time, quality, and cost. Performs all phases of general construction, in HVAC. Duties and tasks reflect variety and some complexity. Duties and tasks are frequently non routine. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
