HVAC Service Quality Coordinator
Our client, is seeking a HVAC Service Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a HVAC Service Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Process Improvement team. The ideal candidate will have Quality Assurance, Customer Data, Service Delivery which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** HVAC Service Quality Coordinator **Location:** Milwaukee, WI 53209 **Pay Range: $25/HR** **What’s the Job?** + Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and customer satisfaction. + Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards. + Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or areas needing enhancement within service processes and work on solutions. + Support the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by reviewing and managing expired Labor and Material (L&M) quotes in NxGen. + Monitor service delivery using NxGen to ensure it meets established standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures. **What’s Needed?** + Ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams + Excellent collaboration and influencing skills. + Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. + High school diploma or GED **What’s in it for me?** + Paid weekly! + Opportunity for permanent growth within our organization + Steady schedule with 40 hours a week + Benefits available after 90 days If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
