This position is responsible for providing top quality installation of all HVAC duct and equipment. You will work with a crew to do equipment change outs, new installs, duct replacements, compressor change outs, and splits, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Must be capable of assisting with all phases of both residential and light commercial work including the following: set metal duct work, refrigeration piping, setting equipment, low voltage wiring, start-up procedures to building code. Achieve customers' preferred environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle. Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes. Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)

Skills

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. One or more years’ experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment. Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Valid social security number Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces. Observe all company procedures and safety rules Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required Neat, professional appearance
