The Department of Human Services is seeking a self-motivated individual who can offer support to the Division of Provider Enrollment by assisting with the enrollment process for the Medical Assistance Program. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Using a high degree of initiative and communication skills, you will work on special projects related to the provider enrollment process. In this position, you will research and respond in writing to enrollment interpretations, questions, complaints, and inquiries on enrollment related issues received from providers, legislators, provider associations, and legal services organizations. Your responses will be reviewed by a supervisor prior to being sent out. You can expect to serve on interdepartmental work groups, lead meetings, and work as a team member within the division. Additionally, you will also answer Provider Enrollment Service Center calls and assist in the resolution of question-and-answer forms that are generated from service center phone calls. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, reporting to the office one day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
