The Opportunity:
Responsible for the oversight, development and delivery of all global HR administrative and operational related activity including but not limited to workforce analytics, benefits and associated policies, and all relevant HR Information Systems. Manage the HR Solutions, Analytics, and HR Services teams responsible for all data inputAn HR Supervisor for Specialized Services will lead our Specialized Service team within the HR Shared Services Center in Mexico City, Mexico. This team is responsible for various human resources functions with a focus on specialized areas such as benefits, compliance issues, leave mgmt. and other complex HR services. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services, and providing expert guidance on specialized HR topics. The HR Supervisor ensures that all processes are aligned with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory standards. This position is required to monitor levels of client service responsiveness, production and quality to ensure that group goals and Service Level Agreements are met by utilizing effective people management skills along with efficient, timely and accurate use of resources.
HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of specialized HR services team
Ensure that all HR processes within the specialized function are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries and requests.
Policy Implementation: Design and implement company policies and procedures. Responsible for escalation of issues in a timely manner to ensure an effective end user experience while remaining engaged in resolving the issue
Provide ongoing and back up support for assigned functional Human Resources team and possesses HR knowledge so that they can cross train coordinators as needed
Maintain and apply knowledge of onboarding and HR programs, policies, benefit plans to quickly resolve customer issues or concerns
Engage key partners as needed, including HR Business Partners, Health Care Providers, Vendor Partners, Employment Law, Compliance and Accessibility teams
Database Management: Maintain and manage the company’s employee database.
Specialized Services: Focus on specific HR areas such as benefits and leave administration, payroll, talent acquisition and onboarding.
EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR service delivery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure the HR department runs smoothly and effectively
Proficiency in Workday and Service Now (SNOW)
High proficiency in English language both written and spoken
Proficiency in other regional language desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Shift 2: 9:00am - 6:00pm MXC
All positions will follow current in-office requirements, specific to the office location.
Relocation support and packages are not being offered for positions at this time.

The salary for these positions will be determined based on the market rates for the location in which the role is based.
