Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for responding to and caring for requests received by employees and HR Advisors on behalf of employees through a central point of contact. The HR Specialist provides administrative support to ensure there is a continuous focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service and quality. This position is committed to providing quality service through teamwork with a proactive approach, while striving to exceed employee expectations in our ongoing pursuit of excellence.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree is required. Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous customer service experience within an office setting is preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$19.25 - $24.25 per hour
