This organization provides retirement and benefits counseling for federal government employees across the country. They support Federal Agencies and their employees at all stages of their career, from on-boarding through retirement

Essential Functions and Duties: Answering and routing incoming calls into the Benefits Service Center Perform Records Request to Various Agencies and Organizations Support the Preparation and Completion of Retirement Packages Support Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence and Telephone Inquiries Between Employees and the Benefits Service Center Enter cases into ticket tracking system Support Personnel Actions Processing Support Benefits Team Manager
Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable Reliable and dependable Energetic self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Exemplary communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to maintain confidentiality of records Ability to learn computer software programs; enter and maintain accurate data and statistical information Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
