Human Resources Program Specialist - Employment Marketing
Overview This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position supports recruitment marketing and employment branding programs developed and implemented by Talent Acquisition. Assists in developing, coordinating, and managing relationships for assigned initiatives. Responsible for ensuring consistent communication between internal and external parties, including vendors and business partners, in order to streamline program activities and achieve success. This position may be filled as a HR Program Specialist or Senior HR Program Specialist depending on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. Responsibilities Specific accountabilities: Partner with marketing and communication teams on external employment messaging Develop content ideas to support hiring and brand awareness for organic social Execute paid social campaigns as needed Implement expansion strategy for associate videos including video editing Partner with marketing to refresh collateral and campaign assets Develop employment and job marketing reporting and metrics Monitor activity and maintain content on employment channels Enhance employment marketing documentation Relationship management and issue resolution with employment marketing vendors General responsibilities: Program Support - Assists with the development of the scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and quality for HR programs. Executes on project objectives and change management tactics for the overall program and ensures compliance to requirements where applicable. Industry Awareness - Tracks industry trends and best practices to ensure that the Bank's programs remain relevant and effective. Aids with data analysis and communicate results to key stakeholders. Relationship Management - Assists the business unit in maintaining vendor and partner relationships. Supports vendor selection, negotiations, issues resolution, and other aspects of ongoing relationship management for assigned initiatives. Communication - Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, and vendors during the course of project activities. Communicates clearly across platforms to ensure the coordination and success of HR projects. Qualifications Basic qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or marketing OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or marketing Requirements: Recruitment/Employment brand marketing experience Knowledge of Human Resources policies, standards, and procedures Technical acumen with Human Resources systems Preferred Qualifications: Technical skills in video editing Large financial industry experience Bachelor’s degree Benefits are an integral part of total rewards and First Citizens Bank is committed to providing a competitive, thoughtfully designed and quality benefits program to meet the needs of our associates.
