Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budgetLead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talentsDrive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activitiesBuild rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levelsProvide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards
