This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Act as a consultant and trusted resource, advising managers on HR policies, their interpretation and application Cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment by managing employee relations and advising on best practices Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while implementing HR strategies that drive growth and engagement Partner with Senior HRBP to identify talent development opportunities, provide coaching, and guide performance management processes Collaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention to sustain a thriving workplace Work closely with the broader HR team to support and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives Stay current on best industry practices and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment law and best practices as well as significant experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and flawless execution of HR processes and initiatives Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a constantly evolving environment High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously to completion Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude!
