Human Resources Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to enhance business performance and provide strategic guidance to the HR team.

Reporting to the Vice President, the HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, health and safety, and mentorship of junior HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, talent management, and retention.Assess and enhance HR initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Lead HR projects that promote employee engagement, teamwork, and company culture.Ensure effective communication and information flow across all levels of the organization.Regularly review and update company policies to align with industry standards and compliance requirements.Oversee onboarding processes and HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.Champion corporate HR initiatives and process enhancements.Promote workplace morale, engagement, and a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).5–10 years of HR experience.CPHR designation is an asset.Strong knowledge of Human Rights, Employment Standards, WCB, and other relevant labour legislation.Experience in the supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing industries is an asset.This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to make a meaningful impact.
