Minimum requirements:
Minimum qualification: BCom Business, HR or relevant degree with CETA registration and training program is required  Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a Senior Management and Generalist HR role that specializes in Industrial Relations, Labour Law or conducting conciliations, arbitration and facilitations Experience within the construction industry is required  Must be able to enforce HR pillars as per SABPP, and be experienced in strategic planning, employment equity as well as assisting with reporting to the department of labour on the implementation of the plan for the department to monitor their compliance  Ability to support team, conduct performance management, operational management, employee relations and engagement, self-development and growth of employees, payroll management, talent aquisition and retention, knowledge of BBBEE Audit Process and Reporting, Occupational Health and Safety, Employment Equity, and SMETA   Ability to assist with the bargaining council for the electrical industry in terms of hearings and disputes  Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans Must have own reliable transport and driver's license  Expert ability to work on MS Office
