Overview
The Salvation Army’sRay & Joan Kroc Community Center(Dorchester) is hiring aHuman Resources Managerand offers excellent benefit package to eligible employees including:

Location: 650 Dudley Street, Dorchester
Pay Range : $78,000 to $81,000 per year
The Kroc Human Resources Manager is responsible for but not limited to employee relations, including conflict resolution, maintaining employee payroll records, performance appraisal process, and training & development. Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ Certification in payroll a plus
+ Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience
+ Experience with Payroll required.
+ Must have 3-5 years’ experience with directly handling employee relations matters including conflict resolution.
+ Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
+ Current working knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment laws
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written & verbal)
+ Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
+ High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment
+ Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems
+ Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
+ Strong work ethic and team player
+ Ability to communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner.
