Job Summary:

Responsibilities: •    Support the HR team on employees’ activities and communications.
•    Collaborate with document management by filing on physical and electronic files.
•    Participate in all project planning, execution, and monitoring.
•    Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
•    Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence

Qualifications:
•    Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
•    Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field.
•    Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
