As an Intern within our Human Resources group, you’ll be partnered with the department staff as you complete meaningful projects and contribute to corporate initiatives. You’ll also participate in the activities that support the morale and well-being of our organization. Our team is ready to help you learn and grow! Pay range: $14 - 17 per hour Principle Responsibilities + Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy. + Assist in the implementation and configuration of the system and enhancements. + Generate and analyze HR reports to inform strategic decision-making. + Provide training and support to HR staff and other end-users on HRIS functionalities. + Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution. + Collaborate with HR teams to automate processes and improve system workflows. + Support data entry processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Competencies: + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. + Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). + Understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Education/Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. + Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus.
