We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.\nSupport the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.\nMaintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.\nAssist with HR compliance tasks, such as updating policies, procedures, and training materials.\nHelp coordinate employee engagement programs and events.\nConduct surveys and analyze data related to employee satisfaction and performance.\nPrepare HR-related reports and documentation.\nAssist with benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies.\nProvide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing files.\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nA proactive attitude and eagerness to learn\n\n
