ResponsibilitiesThe Bridgestone Human Resources Internship Program affords you exposure to our core business operations and the opportunity to make valuable contributions in a real-world business environment. This 12-week Human Resources internship experience will expose you to our operations and overall business strategy. During your experience in one of our manufacturing, distribution, or field based support facilities, you will be exposed to a combination of HR Generalist responsibilities, teammate relations initiatives, special/strategic project work relative to your location and/or business, and the opportunity to interact and work with HR leaders committed to your long-term development. To kick off your experience, you will take part in a Nashville based orientation with the entire Human Resource internship class to allow collaboration and teambuilding while learning the foundations of our business from both Human Resource and business leaders.
Qualifications:
